Here's a photo of my dog Stella, a 9 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, jumping up to 'gently' kiss me on the lips...now THAT takes faith, eh?

Image

Enjoy!

Oh, wow, what springy legs on that dog -- to jump all the way up to your face!? She must've been a wonderful jumper.

Do you still do agility with her?

Well, she was very fast and forward, so usually jumped flat, most often cleared the bar, but not always. We called her the Bowling Ball... The little Shelties and JRT could beat her in a Jumpers course, but she showed them who was queen when she did a Standard course with contacts! Zoom!!

We don't compete anymore, I burned out about 4 years ago, tho she was still burning up the turf! I trained and competed for about 17 years?? with many 'odd ball' dogs and a few BCs, so I was looking something new...then along came Lucy!

She likes to jump, especially for her frisbee!!! The ground rail in the background looks like a big fang!!!

Image

And she LOVED her sheep, and actually had some gathering instinct, but unfortunately she had too much bite to be fair to the sheep!

Image

And agility of course! Flying off the A-frame, telling me to GET MOVING!!!

Image

And water, as long as it's warm, racing a long a shell bar on a local island:

She's a fun little dog...quirky, but fun!

Oh, these are wonderful, Brenda.

My husband was doing serious "awwwww"s last night when I showed him your pic of Stella jumping up to give you a kiss...

...and I'm personally awed by that serious calf muscle you're showing in the agility photo!

(And what a marvelous face she has...)

:-)

Cool! Well you should seriuosly think about cloning your husband cuz I would say there is quite a market for guys who 'awwwww' about a kissing dog!!!!

Maybe he's related to Hank?
