Then please send me your bitless or bridleless riding pictures!

I am looking for all sorts of 'dressage or academic working' pictures, so please send them to info@taonara.com

if your not sure you can place them here first. The name of your horse and your (sur)name will be announced underneath the picture (except if you do not want it to).

Please send me lot's of pictures so the book can by published the first week of January!

Don, can you send me that picture of Bonnie's collection as well?
Thanks all of you in advance!

I would love to but I haven't got a camera... and it is really not the time to ride at the moment, I guess it is the way destiny wants it to be ;)

I am really looking forward to the book ;)

These are the three links to Bonnie's albums (thumbnails - click for full sized photos) by Annaliese Moyer. I have her permission to do as I wish with them, though I would like her to have credit for the beautiful art she has done. I prefer them to be captioned with her name.

You may have trouble picking the one most gorgeous, as I do, of course. LOL

You mention "collection." Do you mean collection as in collected gait, or as in photo album collection?

but that is obviously not what I am looking for ha ha !
Of course I will place the photographers name, and yours and Bonnie's :)
I am going through all of them now, nice break from correcting text...

@ Barbara, that I hope to complete next year :)

@ all, come on, I need pictures, send them in, not much time left!? you are all much to modest, I am not looking for perfect riders, just riders who let their horses be perfect as they are :)

Do you need any specific pictures that we can look for? It's just that I have so many ...

Yes, it's a lovely picture of what is typical in our lives. Every day we have just these kinds of conversations together. I am here, in this picture ...

... developing trust through scent sampling. Bonnie is learning to read me, and I am learning to quiet my mind, clarify my intent, and keep it as pure and uncomplicated as possible. This has, over the past year and more, turned into a very significant mode of communication. Also I cannot "lie," to and fool a horse that I have this connection with, I've learned.

Notice what a good mother Altea is being. She is "listening in," on the breath conversation. I had not noticed at the time the picture was taken.

When you asked about a possible picture to go with credits this was the one (before I read this post in fact) that I was seriously considering. It, IT, is not about me and my horses, it is about us, all of us together.

Sadly I am not as yet riding Altea much. Though I use La Jaquima some and that's not in the best tradition of AND, I also ride her with a simple fabric halter. If I were currently doing so I'd surely send you pictures.

I took the camera out to the barn today for some pictures, and then promptly remembered how hard it is to get pictures of yourself riding when you're operating the camera.

Unfortunately I have very few bitless pictures of me doing any academic work. The best I have right now are the following... all taken at the walk. They do represent some good stretching though...

And of course one of my faves =p with his tongue stuck out.
