BJ has succesfully painted his first picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so proud of him  :applause:  :applause:

At first I thought the paint would put him off (like the smell but the paints I got are great ^^) but it actually got him more excited!!! He was really fascinated every time I put more paint on my brush!!! I'm glad I waited untill I found non-toxic and child safe paint because he was quite happy to try and put painty things in his mouth :S
This will hopefully be just one of many to come it takes a long time to do though (though BJ didn't get bored at all!!!) it's really great, fun thing to do when he doesn't feel like playing or running around but still wants to do something.

LOL! That is too cute! :D What an idea...

Y'know, Diego likes to "draw" in the sand with my dressage whip, maybe I should give him the tools to actually do it for real!

Glad you like them :D

BJ has been doing a lot of painting lately and I managed to incorporate it into my art course at uni :D !!!
I am getting the best marks for that unit :).

Marina put together a video for me of him doing all his paintings.

Such a great video, Zoe! :) :f:

I am sure Summy would like that, too. However, I think I wouldn't have enough patience. But maybe I can talk the children into doing this with the horses next spring. They want Pia to become a school child next year, anyway (she will be six by then) and so they are already collecting all kinds of ideas for things to teach her, like counting, recognizing colours, dancing etc., so I am sure they will be glad to include an art course as well. :)

The last one with the pencil is great, if you take a good look you will see some horses (heads) in it.
You have real talentfull horses.

Maybe you have to sell one on e-bay just as a joke to see what happens... :funny:
maybe he will be a famoes horse painter in the future. :applause:
