Came across an interesting article on the effects of high dose vitamin E on neurological disease, such as EPM.

I remembered Julie was talking about treating her horses for EPM with vitamin therapy.
I also used a lot of Vitamin E on Harlequin when he suffered temporary brain damage after his near death experience. I didn't have a clear idea of why I was using it, but the feeling just came to me that if I mixed high Vitamin E oil and seed powders in with the "potion" I was force feeding him, it would make his brain work more smoothly... reconnect broken synapses. I could sense it working. I'm sure that the potion had a lot to do with why the brain damage turned out to be temporary, and he regained all his functions within a couple of months.

Anyway.. :D very interesting to see this research!
