The Art of Natural Dressage (AND) forum is a forum about the Art of Natural Dressage: the art of training classical dressage at liberty. It’s the most pure and essential form of dressage there is.

All the exercises of classical dressage are based on the natural collection and the movements that horses show at liberty when playing, flirting and fighting, when they display their strength, pride, and self-esteem. The AND training methods combine the natural movements that horses present at liberty with the knowledge brought by the Classical Dressage Masters. The result is a way of training dressage at liberty which empowers the horse. Without pressure, tools, or any kind of force, based solely on positivity and the joy of both human and horse to train body and soul together.
