I'm alittle late, but hi. 8) Your horsey is gorgeous! I can't imagine parting ways under such crazy circumstances. It's wonderful that you guys get to start again with the relationship soon... :)

@Inge: Whenever you're in Ireland, you are very welcome to visit! Wicklow mountains are beautiful. I can imagine you would like to go back. We live in an area that's covered in 'drumlins'. These are small very round hills, scattered throughout this particular area, and are a leftover from the ice age. In fact, we live partly IN one of those hills.

@Colinde: Thank you. I'm really looking forward of starting again!

Hi Everyone!!

He has arrived!!!!!!!!
At 7 this morning the lorry arrived and as soon as he saw me, he gave a huge big neigh!!! He's in great shape and does not seem to have suffered at all from this adventure. They obviously took very good care of him. He is surprisingly at ease and started eating his hay strait away.

Ik have his arrival on film but no cable for the computer yet! But I will post it asap.

Flying off to work in a short while. I will keep you posted!

:D

Thanks everyone, for your wishes and support!

I'm really over the moon!

Josepha: Thank you dear. You were so supportive at the time this all happened and I felt you really shared my deep grief, frustration and helplessness. I'm so, so glad I can now share my happiness too! I always had a feeling this was not going to be forever, but whishing something with your whole being and actually seeing it happen and unfold before your very eyes are two different things. It all went so unbelievably quick that I still can't quite believe he REALLY is here! That I could touch him today, look at him, feed him, and do it all over again tomorrow. I am truly blessed!

I can't wait to start again!!

Hooray hoorah, I could not be more happy and delighted for you and he. It is so good when you have a horse that travels well.

Best and hugs to both of you, Don - Altea and Bonnie

Yes, I did, because I was you once, and I had to wait 5 years before that magical moment hebben, but I, just like you, always believed it would happen.
And I always believed it for Maddy and you too!
I thought lot's about you too, often.

That morning when I came to the forum and saw Madrileño's name, I knew at once!

This is so awesome and I can't wait for you two to start as well :) if ever a copple was AND material... 8)
Think I need to plan a trip to Ireland sometime, so I can finally lavish my emotions on you two and hug you both to pieces!

Oh yes almost forgot, Ralph told me to tell you, he is very happy too!

Thanks everyone!! So nice you are all thinking of us!

I'm going to make a topic today, with pictures!! :D Comp is just a bit slow, so it may take a while.

Jo: Please come over here some time!!! I would love to have you over!! So you can teach me the centred riding too, because i can't find any in ireland. At least not now, saw one a couple of years ago, but none since.
But most of all, meet Senor Madje in real life!! And get the change to work with him. Then you'll now why he is so special!
Thank Ralph for me!!
