The equines are on a other meadow, but I can't work with them in that meadow.
So I will start to day, with make a good places for work.
And hope so soon tell again something about them.
But I take a little run to the sheeps and when I are there I feel much pain in my feet.

We go to the doctor.
He told, I have a achilles tendinitis.
I must rest for a long time and not more in the meadow.
So a long time without the equines, cows, goats...

My mum is not happy, now must she do all what I do normal and I can't help with milking the cow.
But it is weekend so my sister must help and my dad take vacation to tuesday.

This is not good for my mum and dad...
And I'm crazy for doing nothing....

I know how that is...my middle son had this very badly and being involved in lots of sports he went crazy??!!

One thing that really helped (on my doctors advice) was to buy him a pair of "Crocs" so that when he did walk there was less concusion from his heels. They are springy, unlike most footware soles and gave him some cushioning from being barefoot.
It took about two months to heal and since then he has it reoccur when he plays match tennis because of the hard stopping against the tarmac.

You really need to take your doctors advice and allow it to heal properly, otherwise it goes on and on......lots of "ice man" /anti-inflammatories and elevation and find a slave to make your tea!!!!!!

Aw, that is not good news.

Here's a  and some :^: and some :giveflower:

Be patient and give yourself enough time to heal properly.

As you can see we are thinking of you and hoping for your quick safe recovery. You know that it is hard. You will find that there is a place in your mind where you can shelter with your friends - it is the vision of the future waiting for you.

My best wishes, and my thoughts will be with you as time passes.

Realy thank you all, for give me hope... ;)
I'm so happy with you, it helps me to stay strong.
My little brother got it also in a low stage, but he is grew to fast....
He didn't listen to the docter, so he have it all for two or three years.

I did take a little walk, to the street.
I think go back and make food, but my feel told me to go to the street.
When I'm there, I see Ksenia and Mira were out them piece meadow.
My sister didn't come, so I go in the meadow.
It was going well but after all the work I got more pain.
I think I go listen to my dokter. But as there is no one, who will help me.

What must I do then....

The one moment I weep of the pain the other moment of the frustration
that the other people doing nothing. I can only help not do all alone...

I hope it is fast better, so I can make my specimens for leather processing.
Others I got a problem.

I did calm, but I can't do nothing.
And there is someone, who must give the animals food and walk the dogs...
It is now al a week and not better.
First it was only my left feet but now also my right.
On the right side is the inflammation al a bit in my muscle...

The equines need realy some attention, little exercises and some pushing to run and move...
Ksenia is all the time pushing Mira...

I'm going again to the doctor, she give me some faster inflammatory (something against the inflammation).
And I ask her if the pain at my heel have some influence at my achilles tendon.
She told that the achilles tendon end there, so I'm sure now.
On my heel I got it all for 5 years or longer...

As it afther 5 days isn't better, my feets going in the tape or plaster.
I will so happy the moment I can back run...
And work on my end exercise for the leather lessons...
Others I must do this year again...

:pet:

Aaawww, sweetie. Tendon takes a long time to heal. Please try to be patient. I don't want you to have problems for a long time. If you absolutely need to be with the animals, then have a chair in the paddock and sit with them. See what you can teach them while you sit down. It's a challenge ...

It took a long time but we found the reason why my legs are painful and it didn't go away.
My jaws are very crooked and they works asyncroon, thit give problems at the right side of my back. And give than the problems with my legs.
There is only one problem, it will be difficult to get al the things at the good place.
I'm still end with growing, if i'm not yet end.
But now we know what we must and can do.
