I am very happy seeing you both being happy again! :thumleft:

Just a question:
You run and ask him to follow; he comes running to you while you are facing him.
But to make him stop you first put your hand out in front and than above your head.
Why the move above your head?

Hi Annemarie :) Thank you!

I am just experimenting with this as much as he is. I think keeping my arms in front of me is to compensate the fact that I keep asking him 'in' with my core.
Now when I spread my arms in the air I make myself large and 'point my core' which seems to work perfectly (and I can make Mr. Irwin proud as I did listened to him, a lot :) )

So thanks to Romy who hinted me an a video-maker which even works for the likes of me (Thanks Romy and would you believe, this program was standard on my laptop!?)
I was able to do a first attempt at a sort of instruction video for our academy TAONARA.
When I have time, more to come!

I have now subscribed to Taonara TV, so this is lovely to look forward to.
Owen is funny, he gets too excited.
Good quality video, and you both look well and happy, (and have an arena with no mud.)
 :applause:

I barely have time for training, writing or this forum... but just to let you know how Ino and Owen are doing:

I forgot to say, apart from it being a funny video. It is an exellent video to study all the dressage movements.
I am writing down all the movement I see to place with the video.

But what is really, really interesting (Or so I think) is after 4,00 minutes, where Owen is done (out of breath) and Ino just wants to go on. They was Owen handles it, watch it closely it is so interesting to use yourself when calming down a horse!
He ignores Ino, and goes out of his way and at the same time he oozes calmness, which Ino absorbed after which Owen takes Ino along by the shoulder and Ino copies again… marvellous stuff. Or so I think anyway… :D

Hehe.. :green: I like how Owen turns his butt to Ino those first few seconds after he's done playing when Ino is still running around. It's like he flatly saying "Nope. Done."
