I'll have to discuss with Dani, simply because she's the one driving and I'm the one lifting, I'm happy that I could find a ride anyway... so... I'll let you know as soon as I know ...

I just came back from my holiday..and my first post here is to announce that I will not be coming. Already told Kirsten about this; I don't have the money.

It's simply too much for me to 'just' spend it on something fun like this, when there are a lot of necessities I can/have to spend money on as well. I'm sorry, and I would've loved to come. But there's no way I can afford this little trip..

Hmm, for me it's just gonna be terribly travelling on my own and so forth, so unless there's anyone with a ride... I won't come...
And then I'll have to find the money offcourse.

Anyone with a ride for me? Live in Haarlem, can be a nice talker as well as a silent companion and will bake wonderfull cookies for a ride :P

Kirsten, if you want to come on saturday too instead of friday you could travel with me? I mean... I am going with the train so the costs will be the same but it is always more fun together than alone

I feel quite sad about it.. but I'll have to sign out of the summermeeting.

I wish I could have been there but for me right now it's just not possible. But... there'll be always next year!
I hope you'll have lots of fun and share with us so I'll have a really good reason for next years meeting!

Kirsten

Oh Dani and Kirsten, that is a shame!
Well, Kirsten, I'll take the cordeo thing up by mail then, was waiting as I would see you Sunday anyway.

But then there is this, I have come down with the flu yesterday. :(
I never have the flu and certainly not in the summer. I don't understand.
Hope I feel better when Romy arrives tomorrow...

Josepha,
From now on till Friday you get absolute 'bed-rest' ! :pet:

Lots of rest, a nice whisky for the throat, half an onion next to your bed (I know it stinks but it helps to keep the nose clear) and lavender oil to clean the air (and make the smell just a bit better). Lots of kind pampering from your beloved on top of all that and you will be well again in 2 days!
I can tell from personal experience...

I will send you all the good energy I can
Take good care!

Thank you! that would help.. alas, this happy camper has to work from the early morn to the late evening and so has Ralph, so no time for pampering.

But this though cookie will be there!
