Sooooo cute again! Owen looks so sweet when he lays down and Ino is still as wonderful and shiny as always :D

Why do you actually rug them?

I am not going to rug Amiro this winter as long as he is fine with it. If he shows any sign of discomfort the blanket is back on, but I think he likes it better to do without.

I hate rugging them and never used rugs, but Jamie and Ino asked for it during their readings and Owen does not want it, but I asked him: or 24/7 outside in the arena with a rug or outside and at night in the box, he choose the first.

If we had a walk-in stable then O would not need a rug, but alas. So if it rains all night and goed below 5 C he gets cold also.

After we move.. then... :P

This rug is sooo thin, it only keeps the rain and wind away. Even with the sun on them, it feels cool underneeth the rug! wonderful!

I had a real nice session with O today.
Ralph made pictures when we were nearly done, both totally out of our breaths... but still, gives all of you a nice glimpse of our fun :)

He looks just fabulous!

Is it just the camera angle, or are your arm and his foreleg touching as he's rearing???

That's an amazing shot!!!!

:friends:

As I sat here surfing through AND every now and then I'd glance out the tall upstairs windows of my second floor office, open to the front and back. A lovely park out there, with fresh snow 6 inches or so deep.

I was thinking about, imagining in fact, how Bonnie and Altea would look later when I go out to walk them. Altea loving to take a roll or four or five in fresh show, Bonnie trying it for taste and bouncing around in it.

Then I came upon your pictures of Owen and you, and now when I look out, I can only see you and he cuddling and loving and it fills my heart.

And my eyes are bothering me a little too. Must be the glare of the bright sun off the new snow. Yes, that's it.

Donald

All your snow is gone? You have green grass?

Thanks you Julie and Bianca  :)

@ Thanks Leigh, well we are almost touching yes. I try and ask him to rear while I am next to him, I wanted to move towards his shoulder but he was sooner.
The point is, he loves looking at me when he rears, I suppose because I probably get this awed expression  . But he is vey careful not to harm me, when I see how he playes with Gina and how she is always almost underneeth his legs, totally trusting him :ieks:
I think I am alright as he loves both his little girls (dog and human).

@ Donald, good thing you have lot's of cuddling to do yourself with all your women :D

@ Karen, the snow is gone, yeah... But I would not call it Spring... not by a long shot, alas

There is just something in his eyes.
The way he looks at you. I see something I haven't seen before.
It is like there is so much love in his eyes for you, and they sparkle so hard. Looking forward to do all kind of things with you...
And then add those two lovely ears, that are pointing to you...
