then I wanted to start riding to get my Level 1 from Parelli and the instructor said that I had to ride 20 min everyday to get into flow with my horse and I had to saddle because I had to practice that too.
4 years is really young, a baby still and riding 2 times a week would already be a lot for him let alone every day.

So I did, and at some point in time Beau started telling me he didn't like it, he started biting at me when I wanted to mount. And even riding without a saddle he did this,
I am not sure the saddle was the problem, or perhaps only part of it. He is just not ready to be ridden every day.
How long did you continue riding every day after he clearly told you it was not good for him?

He just doesnt want me on his back anymore, and knowing he liked it at first hurts, so how do I make everything right?? What should I do?
Any views are ok, I want to know what everyone thinks about it, I want everything to be ok again!!!
He has given himself to you and then learned that what he gives will be taken and even more so.
It sounds hard but I do not know how to tell you any other way.
But do not worry, you came to your senses soon enough to repair damage.
Please give him room, and play with him again as is stated here.
Riding every day is for a mature horses... and horses mature with 8, 9 years.
If you're not to far from Riemst I could check out your saddle and maybe give you a AND riding lesson so you can learn to understand your horse's technique and balance and make riding healthy and above all fun again
