I have only just started it but it looks very interesting . It covers body and nutrition . Herbs , what and when to use . Therapy , acupressure , acupuncture .Massage and stretching , it looks quite comprehensive on the massage . :)

It is a fictional children's book , but I would recommend it to anyone :yes: It is one of the best horse related books I have ever read . It is about the wild horses of Australia , humans don't feature much in it . :D
