IMO, you don't need a book. There's so much brilliant information out on the internet that makes it unnecessary.
Shawna Karrasch, Hannah Dawson (they created "Connection Training" together, but I don't really know anything about it) look pretty good.

Davy, I have merged your question to a similar thread that was a bit further down the page. I guess you will find a lot of suggestions for useful materials in here. Have fun exploring clicker training! :)
