I don't know if it has been posted before but I looking around on the net and rediscovered this website.

They hold annual conferences and look at research on all sorts of areas including clicker training and positive reinforcement and welfare issues.

Some of it looks quite interesting and its great to see welfare issues being discussed in a more mainstream setting.
