The Art of Natural Dressage

I have also used this technique on myself. I do feel it helped me with some past trauma with a horse related accident. I have not used it recently, but I do feel it works. I ran across someone who had started a program for useing it on the horses. To be honest I did not feel it worked as well. But that is just my opinion.I would definatly suggest it to anyone, especially if you have some fear or addiction you are trying to overcome.

I'm sorry I don't remember. Just that it was a woman. I am not saying that it couldn't work either, just that I didn't notice much change with the horses myself.
