Actually I was wondering about the one pictured towards the start of this thread - with the rings. :) I went to a couple of the websites but they were all in a language I do not understand (I am english in UK). Also, where can I get a lovely cordeo in leather with the metal ring in the middle?

I'll let Josepha address the BB part, but for the cordeos, everyone makes their own! I make mine from old single reins. They start out about 5.5 to 6 feet long. I buy a ring and a couple of chicago screws, punch a couple of holes and put it all together. But they can be made from a length of light rope, or they can be braided or macrame...many options!

For those who do not like to make cordeos themselves ;)

We have leather cordeo's in london or black with a ring and a baroque or a standard buckle.

I am waiting for some normal nice weather so I can photograph them on the horses and have Ralph put them in the webshop...

I have looked at the Vienna Caveson on Josepha's website and I really like it, but I just can't afford it right now. I also have tried Dr. Cook's Bitless Bridle, but I don't like the cross-under straps. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheaper alternative, but still good quality and SOFT on the horse's face? (No rawhide or knots on the nose)

I recently bought your cavesson,Josepha. I have found that it is rubbing on the left side of his head.
Is it too tight or too loose.
On the left rein he tends to carry his head to the right and so I asked for flexions left, giving and taking the rein .

Welcome Andrea! I also use the leather caveson from Josepha's shop, with no problems so far. If you can give us a bit more details (maybe even with a photo?), maybe we can figure out how to fix it together? :f:.
