Last weekend Romy and I visited Sanojlea/Christina and her Welsh filly Ayla. For a long time it was a problem to halter Ayla, but with Romys help it worked within one friday afternoon. When I came at saturday it looked like this: Ayla allowed Romy to look at her teeth: And there was no problem when Christina tried to halter her. It went without any stress for anyone, so nice to see that! And to proof that Ayla eats apples now (it was very difficult to find something she liked to eat, but slowly it gets better ): ... |

Christina wants to use a cordeo when she walks with Ayla, so we practised this also: It could be that someone else will lead Ayla and will pull on the rope, it could happen that the rope will stick somewhere or that there will be pressure on it when it comes to a fear situation. So Romy wanted Ayla to learn that there is no reason to panic when there is pressure at the cordeo. Ayla stayed really cool : I think it looks as if the little princess were thinking about it a lot: Then we asked her if she wanted to come out with us, but there was step which made Ayla problems. We brought her hay and apples from the outside, but she didn't dared to get through the gate. |

Then we found another gate without a step and immediately Ayla stepped out, so curious about the world out there . We just followed her: Romy and I wrote diary entries about the visit. |

On sunday Ayla moved to her new home, a pasture of 17 hectares where she lives with other foals. There are so many possibilities for adventures - we were excitet and I took many photographs! |

Wow! Those pictures are so incredible! Lovely to see Ayla explore the big, wide world outside . And then the huge wild pasture where she is now with the other foals! That looks like just the right place to be as a young horse . Ayla will surely love that place and the cute herd of Norwegians . Even if she sticks out like the little Welsh princess that she is . |

Wow, those photos are beautiful! She looks so striking among all the (also very beautiful) Fjords! That looks like such a successful trip. It just shows what patience and having fun together can achieve. |
