Great video! You can see that she is very (a little too? ;) ) eager to do exercises, but I think that without halter she will probably be much more relaxed.

It must be so funny to see yourself again after two years on video! :D

Its indeed funny :D but also tells gut feeling comes before the rest. This video is me with only gut feeling at hand. I didn't have any knowledge about NHE, I didn't read your book or many liberty dressage articles and just tried to have fun with Evita and explore a way to teach her things because she was too young to be ridden. If I look back its not really different now, only more fine tuned, grounded and aware.
When I started to explore NHE I got so side tracked I didn't listen anymore to my gut feeling and it resulted in, the before so eager to cooperate, Evita standing in front of me rearing and swinging her hooves around my head. In the time I spend learning at NHE Evita refused to learn any new exercise and my motivation was gone.
I learned a lot at NHE but I'm happy exercising and interacting is just about gut and fun again and so is Evita :D ... without the whole lot of negative pressure around it.

Can't wait to start again, maybe I'll give it a try next week. I'm curious what Unico thinks of his mothers talents ;)

Poor Fortuna she is still pregnant and so so so heavy in foal! We are glad in soem ways because it is now getting warmer over here and new grass so she is very happy and looking shiny and much healthier than when we rescued her.
It has also been good for the foal obviously as she has doubled in size since arriving here.
I will post a pic of the baby, we are hoping all will go well and we will have a little healthy one! Like your little Unico

So wonderful pictures!! And Atreyu looks very good (on the last photo that I saw she was so thin). Imperia has the same playing-ears like Summy. And I love Evitas expression, she has this temperament my horses could only dream of...

Well, I've indeed put a photo somewhere on which she was very tense, she holds het belly up, I guess 10 years ago.. but I don't have photo's on which she is really thin. This was only in the beginning when I bought her, 15 years ago... she was a sack of bones with big ears ;) I have no pictures of that time.

Yes, I think what I meant was the photo with her belly up.
