 Post subject: How to post photo's?

Hi, I'm very new to all this and I am not sure how to post photo's?. I also want to have a profile pic.
Can someone help me out?

There is an explanation about posting pictures.

For the avatar: click on "Profile" on the top right corner of this site, then scroll to the bottom of the page and add the "direct link" of a (small) image from photobucket (see the description about posting pictures).
