Good evening everybody!
I have been a member of this forum for some time already, but I was some kind of passive member (only reading and not writing). Now I want to start sort of diary soon on my experiences with natural dressage, so I thought that a small introduction would be helpfull
My name is Suzan and I live in the centre of the Netherlands. Sinds I was 11 years old I rode and cared for horses. I never had my own though, and instead had some 'verzorgpony's' in Dutch. I do not know what the English word is for it, but it means that I was allowed to help for example 2 days a week in looking after and riding horses and ponies for other people.
A year ago I moved and had to give up my so-called 'verzorgpony's'. Unfortunately. About 2 months ago I got a reaction on my add that I was looking for a new horse to help look after, from Mies (she is also a member on this forum). To make a long story short: I joined her a couple of times and we decided that I could help the owner of the horse (a wonderful mare, Mies calls her 'B' on this forum) the next few months (and maybe longer).
Natural dressage is completely new for me, so I felt like I had to start from scratch. Therefore I hope to learn something here, and I will start a kind of diary soon on my progress
