Hi everyone!

After a few months sort of silently reading a bit on this forum, I'll take the time to introduce myself here.

My name's Frederieke, 20 years old, living in a small village in the Netherlands and studying psychology and parttime living in a bigger one.
The main horse in my life is Jeppe, 13 years old, Irish Cob, living in a pasture in the Netherlands and his main occupation is (what a surprise!) grazing.

When we're not studying or grazing we're busy trying to understand eachother, riding out, playing (Jeppe really likes soccer and chasing the tiger) and stuff like that. I was mainly interested in Parelli and a bit natural dressage, but we're doing not that much Parelli-stuff lately.

Jeppe lives in a herd of 4; Donja, my sister's horse, Saartje, a great (in many ways) shetlandpony, and Speedy, of whom you might have heard via Miriam, who is training him in natural dressage. It's so great she found Speedy when I was looking for someone to play with him on a regular base; I really didn't expect to find someone with that much appreciation for Speedy and his charachter, so couldn't have been better!

I hope I can learn a lot here ofcourse and maybe I'll find some time to post some things.

Bey!

Hi Frederieke, welcome! :)

So great that you have started participating here, I was hoping for that since Miriam said you had registered. Speedy is great and I can't wait to read more about your other horses, too. :)

Great to have you here! :f:

Warm Regards,
Romy

P.S.: Please give my best wishes to Miriam when you see her.

Welcome Frederieke!

And for me too, please give Miriam my warmest greetings and tell her how much we miss her!

You'll find that there are a lots of horses within AND with simular characteristics as Speedy... we like those horses most as they make it very clear for us what they want and how they want it. And it seems that AND fits their vision of how training should be practised :green:

So that too just works out fine 8)

A most warm Welcome, Frederieke.

What a nice feeling knowing you come with exposure already to AND though Miriam, and that you took the time to browse through AND before you said hello.

Thanks for this warm welcome . I'll give Miriam your best wishes when I see her.
I'll keep reading here, and will make some time to properly introduce Jeppe and his other friends!

Hi Frederieke, and a big welcome from me, too!

(And serious green-making envy, like this :alien: about your getting to play with Miriam.)

I'm looking forward to hearing more about you, Jeppe, and the rest of your gang!

All the best,
Leigh

Hi there Frederieke,
great introduction. How lucky for you to have Miriam, perhaps you can take some photo's of her with Speedy and she can take some of you and Jeppe?
Then you can share and discuss your psychology analysis of the behaviours and interactions perhaps?
Have fun, love Susie xx
