I love Max and Angel, deep, intelligent, soulful eyes.

These Welsh breeds can be such comedians and flourish when their personalities are allowed to show. Yet they are also brilliant athletes, how many people would never have been visited by a Doctor in the Welsh Mountains, were it not for a cob and a gig, often where vehicles would have had difficulty travelling?
Having had my heart stolen by Arabs and Thoroughbreds, swooning over the showy Lusso's, and all the time there are Welsh breeds and their crosses, all too often overlooked in their homelands.
Glad that you appreciate how special they are, it took me several decades to say more than "nice" about them.

You do seem to have been born fortunate, into a family with love for four legged and two legged creatures.
It might take forever to catch up reading through the various training diaries, but for inspiration, explanation, observation etc., very well worthwhile.
When I read through the replies on various topics I am always humbled by the time, consideration, thought and detail, the helpful and honest criticism that people who have spent years acquiring knowledge and skills share for free and helpfully point to exercises or attitudes, book references or websites, to really benefit and support whoever asked a question.
I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy this forum, I feel lucky to have found it.

Awhhh, that really was very beautiful!

Although I have not been on in the past week due to my busyness I did actually wish I could come and see how everyone was doing.

My new horse 'Navara' only just arrived this morning (Unable to be delivered last week as planned) so as you can imagine I have spent the day staring at her, and just feeling so incredibly lucky. I will upload the few pictures I took today,a nd take many on friday when Ihave a day off work for you all to see.

I feel that the people who go out of their way to look for sites like this and be part of something that is not 'mainstream' horsemanship are the special ones and their horses are special gifts to them.

I will be catching up, reading and sharing all my new experiences with you all very soon.

Hope you are all well :)
