Have you looked at doing any of the exercises yet? I just looked, and i dont know how i will sit in a paddock for a long time in the snow and blizzards! I might have to wait a while till it warms up! But you can!

Sitting in the paddock is not mandatory as a first exercise. ;) For some people this is a good start for developing a (new) relationship whereas others prefer to let it develop while being more active. For example I have not started in this with any of my horses. I guess the sense behind this first exercise is to stop demanding things from your horse and also let him realize that, but you can just as well do this while you are actually doing things with him. :smile:

Hhmm thanks Romy....maybe i will just go and poo pick in the same paddodk, and see what happens....
