I'm Inge and i've been around horses for a while now. Discovered NH (and groundwork) in 1995, started clickertraining in 2000, and wrote a book on Groundwork in 2005. Next to practical lessons and clinics i also teach theoretical classes on training psychology (ethology, learning principles etc). My fascination lies with the intelligence of horses, understanding the biomechanics of dressage, and especially in how much this can be taught with non-aversive methods.
Currently i have Adje, a 3 yo kwpn mare, Cliff, an 18 yo schoolmaster kwpn gelding, a 19 yo new forest x Welsh cross Minneke and a 7 yo shet gelding Zippo. I love teaching but this also meant that i havent been riding on a daily base anymore myself for too long now - something i'd like to change again.

Hi Inge, Welcome!! :D :D :D

So wonderful that you have joined us. I have heard your name before when Els from our forum compared something that I did or wrote in my diary with something you did/said. Unfortunately I don´t remember what it was though, but I am very much looking forward to reading more from you. :)

Warm Regards,
Romy

Hi Inge,

Welcome! I know what you mean with the teaching - at one point I was giving so much clinics that I just didn't have any time left to train with the ponies myself anymore! 8)

What are you doing at the moment with your horses, and what would you like to do with them?

Inge, welcome here!

I read your book and look back it from time to time. It is full of inspirational things and is made a lot of things a lot clearer to me. Things that I thoguht I knew before but which i didn't fully understand. After reading your book I knew why things are the way they are.

So nice to see you here!

Can't wait to read your post :D

Kind regards,
Els
