Three years ago, in October 2010, Volker (Houyhnhnm) joined us here at AND. Ever since then, he has been such a wonderful addition to this forum, generously sharing his ideas and experiences, supporting others on their journeys with their horses, and just being there whenever he was needed.

Therefore, when discussing who our new moderator should be, this actually wasn't a discussion at all, because everyone wanted Volker. :)

So Volker, we are all glad to have you as a member of our team! Welcome! :f:

Ever since I found this forum I have been grateful to be part of this project. To gain insight into the horse-human relationship with the eyes of an amateur - in the most literal meaning of this word: with the eyes of a lover.

Never will I forget the excitement when I first started to explore the world of AND. If I can help other people to set out on that adventure too, I will do so gladly. :f:
