That's not just okay, that's wonderful!! :bounce:

I'll add you to the list, and I am looking forward to meeting you!

By the way, Nora who has become my star organizer has made sure that the children who participate in our holiday camp all have time in the week before the summer meeting. So we will be with the horses all week and if anyone wants to come earlier and be a holiday camp child, you are very welcome. :f:

What a timing, Anat! Nora just asked me today whether you would come, and I said that I did not think so as you have not written anything in this thread. She was a bit sad, so I am glad to hear that you are still considering it!

I will hug and kiss everyone for you tomorrow. :f:

I have been totally absent here, but am seriously considering (again... ) participating this year.

I have no particular plans for this summer... can't say anything for sure yet, but I am definitely writing the meet into my calendar!

I need some inspiration and critique....

That would be great, Rikke - although I cannot promise that you will get any critique from us. ;)

I like that idea. Maybe I have a chance to come to the meeting and get to know all of you next year this way
If there will be a meeting next year.

That's exactly the same problem that I have, inge. People without children are not allowed to take holidays within the school's holidays in my company
I'm hoping that it will be OK next year when I advise the days early enough, after all it's just 2 days (friday and monday), and I will ask my colleagues with children first if it's OK for them.

i could take a holiday but it is not fair to my collegues. They only have one moment for a holiday, so why would i ruin it? :-)
and it is an expensive time. So no i am happy to go on other times! It means that you miss moments like this. but i can understand that it is for others a very good time.

if we come close to dresden we will visit romy :-)

Only two weeks until the summer meeting! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I am just thinking about what I can organize beforehand. Does anyone of you need a tent or sleeping bag? Does anyone want to be picked up at the train station or airport? Does anyone need any special food that we cannot get in a regular shop?

And I was thinking, maybe if you don't only want to do things with the horses, we could visit the Sächsische Schweiz, a beautiful area with sand rocks that is right next to our city (here you can see some pictures).

In case anyone needs the address of the pasture:

Neugersdorfer Str. 4
01324 Dresden
Germany

Unfortunately Anat cannot come this year. Has anyone of the others who were not sure already decided whether he will join us?

Looking forward to seeing you!

Oh, and please don't be shocked when you see Baca. He who was a beautiful prince last year has now decided to become a pirate, and so he has rubbed off pretty much all of his mane. Looks like a hedgehog. :alien:

Please Kiss the pirate for me, the Quine of ponies and your 2 big guys.
Hopefully I'll do it myself next year.
And take some pictures for us the ones left in front of the computer...
Big hug to you all :f:

I can confirm now, I can come! :D

Both Linda and my mom have other plans so I'll be coming on my own by car. If I can pick somebody up on the way from Amsterdam to Dresden, let me know!

Romy, would it be possible for me to borrow a tent? I can bring all other things. Or if the weather is OK and it is OK with you I can also sleep in the hay again ;).

I can't wait to see you all. :cheer:

And Anat, what a pity that you cannot make it this year!
