Like every year we want to have a summer meeting at Bianca's. The program will be similar to that of the last years, including a barbecue on Saturday, a visit at Josepha's and lots of playtime with the beautiful Spanish ladies. Details will follow as soon as we know how many people want to come and when the meeting will be. We still need a date, preferably a weekend in August (Friday to Sunday).

Anyone who wants to join us, please reply to this topic and tell us which weekend would work best for you and which dates are not possible.

Looking forward to seeing you! :)

List of participants

Bianca (Friday - Sunday)
Josepha and Ralph (Saturday evening and Sunday)

* Please bring your own sleeping gear: blanket and mattress (pillows I have enough for everyone) for those who come by public transportation I can fix sleeping gear

* All meals are vegetarian

* I can pick people up at the train station in Eindhoven (NL) on friday at +/- 15.00 - 15.30 hrs. And I can also pick people up from the trainstation in Weert (NL) on saturday morning around 10.00 - 10.30 hrs (if someone else makes the coffee ) And I can bring people to the train station in Weert or Roermond at sunday. Ralph knows the way to the train station in Maastricht I guess

* To travel to Josepha & Ralph we have to go by car, I can take 4 people. Are there enough people also driving there so everyone fits in the cars available?

* Do you have nice DVDs of others or with own films, please bring them in case of bad weather! Wine and other preferable drinking gear is welcome to increase the joy during the 'HHHHMMMMMMBBAAAHHHH' rituals through the grass and also don't forget your green AND cape

!!! The Program can be filled in further, so please provide topics you would like to have sorted out or bring up, things you have found out and which you would like to share, explain and maybe demonstrate (Evita and Imperia would love to help to do so) etcetc. You can bring an own horse! (but unfortunately no stallions or stallion like geldings because of the danger with Atreyu who would not survive a stallion jumping on top of her, my fences between the fields are not entirely horse proof like Imperia already demonstrated )

I'd LOVE to join, now I am in NL it should be easier but with all our studies, the weekend can get busy too. the only thing is that in august the first two weeks I have vacation so last two weeks of it work best for me.

we will not be there on Friday, Ralph's brother is getting married :)
Saturday I'll be teaching and Ralph has Equihof, so we shall be coming in the evening (and bring absynte :alien: :green: ).
Sunday afternoon you are all welcome at our place.

This is only a small gathering though... where are the rest of you?

And remember, dress code green!!! :alien: :applause:

I'd love to come, I have to see how to get there... train is a possibiliy? or... in case anyone from the 'west of holland' is going as well... some carpooling (really I hate travelling alone and somehow get lost then and will arrive on the last day because I was stuck in say... canada :funny: It's quite a talent to end up somewhere you really were not going... but it is a tricky one sometime)

What will the costs be (poor student as I am)? :blush:
