This afternoon I have been searching youtube for Christmas songs from different countries, because a friend needed some songs for a Christmas event in her riding stable. And because it was very interesting to listen to all those songs from different countries and in different languages, I thought I´d post them here as well.

Lauris Reiniks - Tik Balti (Lativa)
Arve Moen Bergset "Mitt hjerte alltid vanker" (Norway)
Näin sydämeeni joulun teen - Vesa-Matti Loiri (Finland)
Kim Larsen - Nu er det endelig jul (Denmark)
Swedish Christmas Song - ABBA (Sweden)
Tommy Körberg & Sissel Kyrkjebø - Julen är här (Sweden)
Luda Russu, Russian Christmas Song (Russia)
"Oj u jasnym nebi" Christmas song "Ой у ясним небi" (Ukraine)
Вo Вифлеємі - Ukrainian Christmas (Ukraine)
Eva Becla - My zawsze spiewalismy koledy (Poland)
Colindul gutuii din geam "The carol of the quince in window" (Romania)
Kerstliedje: "Nu zijt wellekome" (The Netherlands)
Kerstfeest in mijn hart (The Netherlands)
Pastorale Natalizia (Italy)
MÁXTRON - Rin Rin (Mexico)
Mary Udovich In Jospehine Lausche- Zveličar Se Je Rodil (Slovenia)
The Christmas song French (France)
Отново е Коледа (Bulgaria)
Greek Christmas song (Greece)
Christmas trees on December 24, 2008 (Lithuania)
Christmas song : Bozicna Pesma (Serbia)
Andjeli pevaju_studio (Serbia)
Gra Mo Chroi - Irish Celtic Christmas Music (Ireland)
Svim na zemlji (Croatia)

If anyone wants to add Christmas songs from his country (or others), please do so! :)

Thanks for passing these on. :) :f: We listened to them over breakfast. It was great to hear all the different languages. Living in the United States means not to hear a lot of other languages without making a conscious effort. It makes me think about how people from different cultures celebrate Christmas and what they do when they celebrate in general. Music is a wonderful way, as is dancing (with people or with animals) ;)
