 Post subject: Anni's drawing attempts

I made my first horse drawings in 2013 and started with nostrils, ears and eyes. Then I began to draw portraits but only of the head and the half body and finally I tried to draw the entire horse :green: :

That should be Nathan but it's still difficult to really catch the appearance of a special horse...

Yes and you know, I like the facial studies especially, because they really show moods and expressions of horses, as I know them. That is a gift my dear...

I like to draw the facial studies especially even though most of the time the horse doesn't look like the special horse I wanted to draw. For me this is easier than to draw the whole body of the horse and put every body part where it should be. Now I visited your thread again and found your great movement studies, maybe I can learn from you :f: .
