Great, Mrs. Nelly! Looking good! :)

So now that you have learned to use the pencil inside the horse, the next thing we can learn will be to draw the structures in there, like muscles and all these things. :f:

Very nice, Nelly! Nora loves the eye, and I think that especially the last one is wonderful. It really shows that you have been practising and experimenting with the muscles and shadows. Makes it look so much more alive.

We'll go to the art shop to buy new paper and pencils this afternoon - shall we bring something for you?

Hugs from Romy and Nora :sun:

Today Nelly showed me her new drawings. And wow, what a change! I just so love it when the children are experimenting like that. Whatever drawing style they end up with, it's all fine with me. But it just makes me so glad to see that they are trying things out without fear, just experimenting and learning.

Also, today Nelly encouraged Safia to draw. She told her to never say that she cannot do something, because she needn't copy the photo but just do her very own version of it. And then Nora added that if it ends up looking like nothing, that's no problem either, because she can still throw it away. Just wonderful when my presence is becoming unnecessary, because the children are taking over.

Yesterday Nelly and I coloured the carpet of my living room, and Nelly asked me to post pictures. So here is my new spotted pink floor.

That was so much fun yesterday! But we have the bottom painted not only red and white! On the entrance we have painted it yellow and green. It looks like a perfect artwork. Too bad that Nora wasn't there. Nora would have made it even more determined fun

see you soon, Nelly :bounce:
