So I will lower him again, I was just afraid that it would do more harm, but it will make things better then...

thank you for the help!
When the weather gets better he will be out more and on better grass and then they do not get so much food extra. It's just difficult to tell the stable owner to feed him differently then the others. I hope in some years he will be at my home and then I can change things the way I want
